My partner and I enjoyed a stay with nice views from the 11th floor. However, our room needed updating, and the lack of free WiFi was frustrating. For future guests, consider an early check-in for better room options. Dining choices were limited. expand your options outside.

The building looks quite worn out and lacks modern facilities. the furniture seems like it's been around since before I piloted the Millennium Falcon. The absence of air conditioning is baffling for the summer heat, leaving guests to rely on flimsy fans. Wi-Fi is a letdown—free in the lobby yet unreliable, and charging for the room connection doesn't deliver. Limited dining options and slow service can strain your patience after a long day. The elevators seem to be on strike—good luck if you've got heavy luggage. And don't even get me started on the bathroom fixtures. they could use a serious refresh.

The bed was comfy, and there was a decent view of the river. The location made getting around super easy.

Checked in to a room that was clean and had air conditioning which is pretty rare these days. The staff was decent enough, they helped me get a taxi without any hassle.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable, given the circumstances.

Ask for a room away from the elevators to enjoy a quieter atmosphere during your stay.

our stay at britannia was pleasant. the room was really spacious with an amazing river view. we loved the comfortable bed and the air conditioning, especially since the weather was humid. the hotel is a short walk from the canary wharf underground station, which made getting around easy. the staff handled check-in efficiently despite the long line.

I enjoyed my stay at the Britannia while exploring London. The location near Canary Wharf made my adventures easy, and I found great local eateries nearby. The decor felt nostalgic, reminding me of charming places back home. However, the musty smell in the hallways was a bit off-putting.

Despite lacking amenities like a pool, overall, it provided a decent experience worth considering for a quick stay.

I appreciated the hotel's fantastic location near Canary Wharf, providing easy access to public transportation and local amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. the staff's attitude during check-in was disappointing, as they seemed disinterested and unhelpful.

Dining at nearby spots was a delight! The croissants at Canary Coffee were buttery dreams come true. Plus, enjoying a nightcap at the Bokan while soaking up the views was a treat! Can I mention the exceptional access to local eateries? Can't go wrong here!

However, serious issues popped up. The hotel double charges and the housekeeping knocking at 8am to clean a room I was checking out of? A bit cheeky if you ask me. My room was clean but in a sad state—wallpaper bubbling, and a shower like something from a dodgy flat!
